Who we are

Two paths.One shared direction.

AgroPhytus was born where agronomy, international markets and software engineering meet. Field knowledge and technology work together to turn scattered signals into decisions that continue over time.

The origin

Understand the field before designing the technology.

The idea did not begin with a list of features. It began with a recurring question across farms, cooperatives and companies: once the data arrives, who organizes the context and helps decide what should happen next?

Daniel Mandowsky and Gilbert Samama brought together different experiences to answer that gap. AgroPhytus combines agronomic understanding, market vision and software architecture in a platform designed to follow the same property, learn from its returns and preserve its operational memory.

The problem that drives us

The field changes before the operation notices. Climate, imagery, inspections and execution arrive through different paths, and context can be lost before the team is able to act.

Our conviction

In agriculture, data only matters when it becomes a decision with time to act.

Founders

Different experience, shared responsibility.

AgroPhytus is led by two complementary disciplines. One understands the field, markets and product building. The other turns that vision into architecture, integration and reliable software.

Daniel Mandowsky

Cofounder, product and international expansion

An agronomist specialized in international marketing and product management, Daniel built more than twelve years of his career at global agricultural companies, among them Haifa Group, Luxembourg Industries and Netafim, moving from product manager to global director. He led business across Latin America, Central America, North America, Europe, Africa and East Asia, learning to read not only the field and the market, but the institutional and regulatory context of each country. At AgroPhytus, he turns that experience into product direction, strategy and international expansion. He speaks Portuguese, English, Spanish and Hebrew.

Gilbert Samama

Cofounder and software architecture

A software engineer whose career began in 1999, Gilbert has built systems for more than twenty companies, from complex banking platforms to large government data systems. His experience includes Oracle, GFT and CRMCdigital, working with Java, C#, PHP, React, SQL databases, REST integrations and Unix environments, as well as teaching new developers and mentoring professionals at the start of their careers. At AgroPhytus, he leads platform architecture and turns the agronomic vision into integrated, reliable systems designed to evolve.

How we build

A company guided by what needs to work in the field.

Context before the answer

Every recommendation considers area, moment, history and available evidence.

Responsible technology

Intelligence organizes signals and hypotheses. Agronomic validation keeps the decision connected to reality.

Continuity as a product

Observation, action and return remain connected so each cycle can improve the next.

Architecture designed to evolve

Different programs share the same memory without turning the operation into a collection of isolated tools.
