Privacy Policy

This policy describes what personal data the AgroPhytus corporate website collects, why it collects it, how it uses it and how you can exercise your rights, wherever you are located. This site receives visitors from different countries and AgroPhytus seeks to observe internationally recognized data protection principles, regardless of the visitor’s jurisdiction of origin.

Who we are

AgroPhytus is an agricultural technology company. This is a corporate website: it presents the company’s ecosystem, modules and contact channels. For any matter related to privacy and data protection, write to contato@agrophytus.com.

Data we collect

Contact form. Name, email, organization (optional) and the message you write. This data is sent by email to our team through the Resend delivery provider. We do not store it in a database of our own.

Browsing preferences. The language you choose is kept in a cookie (ap_lang) and the light/dark theme in your browser’s local storage (ap-theme). Neither of them identifies you individually.

Basis for processing

We process your data on at least one of the following grounds, as applicable to your situation: your consent (for example, when you accept analytics cookies or fill in the contact form), the need to respond to a request you initiated yourself, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site functional and secure.

Analytics and consent

We use Google Analytics 4 only after you accept it in the consent banner (Consent Mode v2). Before you accept, no analytics cookie is created. The IP address is anonymized. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time, without affecting your use of the site.

Use and sharing

We use contact form data exclusively to answer your request. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties beyond the technical providers strictly necessary to operate the site (email delivery and analytics, described above).

International data transfers

As a corporate website accessed globally, your data may be processed by service providers located in countries other than your own, including the United States, where Resend and Google are based. In such cases, we seek to use only providers that adopt contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to protect the transferred data.

Retention and security

Contact emails are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to comply with any legal obligations. The site uses HTTPS, security headers and the principle of data minimization: we only ask for what is necessary in order to reply.

Your rights

Depending on the data protection law applicable to your country or region, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • request the deletion of your data;
  • withdraw consent previously given, at any time;
  • object to certain processing or request its restriction;
  • request the portability of your data, where technically applicable;
  • lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country, where one exists.

These rights reflect principles found in different data protection frameworks around the world, such as the LGPD (Brazil), the GDPR (European Union and European Economic Area), the CCPA/CPRA (California, United States) and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions, without the application of this policy being limited to any one of them. To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@agrophytus.com.

Minors

This site is not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents. If we identify that a minor’s data has been collected without the appropriate consent, we will take the appropriate steps to delete it.

Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site, to applicable law or to AgroPhytus practices. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
